Privacy Policy (draft)

This is a starting draft, not finished legal text. Have a lawyer familiar with Swedish/EU data protection law review and finalize this before launch, particularly the sections on special category data and retention.

What we collect

• Name, email address, date of birth, and password (hashed, never stored in plain text).
• Your registered role (owner/slave) and any owner–slave links you create or confirm.
• Optional links to your profiles on other platforms.
• If you submit a legacy certificate claim: the ID you claim and a photo/scan as proof, visible only to administrators reviewing the claim.
• Technical logs: IP address, timestamps, and actions taken on the site (logins, searches, link requests, admin actions).

Special category data

Because this site relates to consensual BDSM/M-s practice, the fact of your registration may be considered "special category" personal data under Article 9 of the GDPR (data concerning a person's sex life or sexual orientation). We process this data only on the basis of your explicit, informed consent given at registration, and you may withdraw that consent at any time by closing your account.

Who can see what

Nothing about your account is visible to the public unless someone looks up your exact ID, in which case they see only your chosen name, role, and any external links you've added. Full account details are visible only to site administrators, who log every time they view a user's full record.

Retention & deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Certain logs may be retained longer where required for security, misuse investigation, or legal compliance.
